1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using CheckDomainHealth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website, tools, guides, contact forms or Get Help request pages.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone who accesses CheckDomainHealth.

2. About the service

CheckDomainHealth provides free tools and practical guides for checking domain, DNS, email authentication, SSL, blacklist, website status and hosting-related signals.

The website helps make technical checks, educational content, contact forms and Get Help request flows available to users.

3. Who can use the service

You may use CheckDomainHealth only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and are allowed to use the service.

If you use the site on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3A. Accounts and monitoring

Some features require an account. When you register, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Dashboard monitoring, alerts, scan history and fix-request workflows are provided subject to plan limits and operational availability. Monitoring does not guarantee continuous uptime detection, instant alerts or complete coverage of all failure modes.

You are responsible for domains you add and for ensuring you are authorized to monitor them. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share credentials inappropriately or violate acceptable use.

Account termination and data deletion follow the Privacy Policy.

4. Using tools and guides

CheckDomainHealth tools and guides are provided for technical review, troubleshooting and education.

When using tools, you may enter domains, hostnames, URLs, DNS values, IP addresses or other technical inputs needed to run a check. You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate reason to check the domain or system involved.

Tool results may rely on public DNS data, WHOIS/RDAP records, SSL certificate information, HTTP responses, blacklist sources and other third-party systems. Results can change over time and may be incomplete or delayed.

Guides are provided for general information. They are not a substitute for provider documentation, professional advice or hands-on review of your own systems.

5. Tool results and no guarantees

CheckDomainHealth does not guarantee that tool results are complete, current, accurate or suitable for a specific purpose.

We do not guarantee:

• email inbox placement or deliverability
• DNS propagation speed or global consistency
• SSL certificate issuance, renewal or trust status
• blacklist delisting or reputation recovery
• website uptime, performance or security
• search engine ranking or technical SEO results
• successful hosting, DNS, SSL, email or website migrations

Tool results should be reviewed together with your registrar, DNS provider, hosting provider, email provider, CDN, certificate authority or other service provider settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse CheckDomainHealth. For example, you must not:

• use tools to harm, abuse or target others
• run excessive, automated or disruptive requests
• attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls or access restrictions
• submit false, abusive, malicious or misleading requests
• probe, scan or test systems you do not own or lack permission to review
• submit malware, harmful content or false information through forms
• copy, scrape or republish substantial portions of the website without permission
• reverse engineer our software where not permitted by law
• use the website in a way that interferes with other users or the service

We may restrict or block access if we believe the website is being misused.

7. Contact and Get Help requests

If you submit a Contact message or Get Help request, you agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and only submit details you are authorized to share.

We may use submitted information to review, respond to and route your request. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Manual review or hands-on work may require additional information, account access, authorization, a service quote or a separate agreement.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that work will be accepted, completed or resolved.

7A. Paid and technical services

Get Help and related technical services may involve paid work. Listed “From” prices on the site are estimates only. Submitting this form is a request for review, not an order. No paid work begins until the scope and price are accepted in writing. Prices are shown in USD. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment.

Submitting a request does not create a paid engagement. Work starts only after acceptance of a quote or written confirmation. Separate statements of work or technical-service terms may apply.

Your request is reviewed by Dioartis Grup SRL. If another service team needs to handle the request, we will tell you before sharing your contact or technical information.

Refunds, cancellations and credits, if any, are confirmed in writing with the accepted quote.

8. Intellectual property

CheckDomainHealth content, branding, site design, tool interfaces, reports, guides and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.

You may view, use and share reasonable excerpts of guides or tool output for personal or internal troubleshooting purposes. You may not resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the site or its content without permission.

Third-party names, logos and services mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party services and links

CheckDomainHealth may query or link to third-party services, registries, DNS providers, certificate authorities, blacklist operators, hosting companies or other external resources.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies or actions. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

CheckDomainHealth is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

Only to the extent permitted by applicable law, CheckDomainHealth and its operators, contributors and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption arising from your use of the site.

Only to the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the website or these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use CheckDomainHealth in the twelve months before the claim or zero, because the tools are provided free of charge.

Mandatory consumer, product-liability or other non-waivable rights are not limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CheckDomainHealth and its operators from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, unauthorized checks against third-party systems or submission of unlawful or unauthorized information.

13. Support and routing

Get Help requests may be reviewed by CheckDomainHealth first. If hands-on support is needed, the request may be routed based on the issue type.

Your request is reviewed by Dioartis Grup SRL. If another service team needs to handle the request, we will tell you before sharing your contact or technical information.

Routing is intended to help respond to the request appropriately. It does not create a separate contract, service-level agreement or guarantee of resolution unless expressly agreed in writing.

14. Suspension or restriction of access

We may suspend or restrict access to CheckDomainHealth, block abusive requests or refuse form submissions if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, legal obligation or operational need.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice.

15. Privacy

Your use of CheckDomainHealth is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used and protected.
